His prior appointments include middle and senior management positions in Seylan Merchant Bank, Seylan Merchant Leasing Ltd, Industrial Finance and Arpico Finance Company PLC. He joined Richard Peiris Finance Limited in Year 2019. He possesses a dynamic wealth of reputation in the industry of recoveries in Sri lanka where the targets have been achieved beyond expectations.  Also he has a won the confidence with the related organizations in securing his obligations of responsibilities up to satisfaction.
